Decision made within 3 days of 2nd stage

please advice me
i have sent the entire document on 18 NOvember 2009 reached at delhi on the date 22 november 2009.
today i found my status changed to Decision made from in process.
what does mean ? do they made decision within 3 days as i think i meet all the requirements.

you can wait for the replies from the seniors, however generally if it is a decision made before medicals, it means a rejection.

Before your today post, you have reported that your status has been changed to "Decision made" at 13 November in following topic:

again today (25 November) you have reported it has changed to "Decsion made". there is something wrong. it seems the info you are writting here is not correct. first let us know what is your exact and correct timeline and then someone may help you ( as I said you in your post at 13 november but you did not answer!).
