If it is "DECISION MADE", i believe you will hear from them very soon. In fact, it is a great news for you. Congratulations!

If you look at the other threads, they normally receive a notification from CIC within a week or two. Otherwise, you should contact CIC.

Forgive me for saying this, but it frustrates me a little when i see this thread. This thread does not offer me help or hope. A lot of people is still waiting to hear from CIC in the hard long process (after 15 - 24 months??), we all cling on to a hope which we will eventually reach to point to receive a "DECISION MADE" on our ecas system. A 1-2 weeks wait is much less than a 24 months. Be patience.

The issue here is CIC is now taking upto 8 weeks in some cases even after the eCAS updates to decision made. moreover, no one can tell me whether the decision is approved or declined. I called CIC this morning and they refused to share any information.

My current BOWP is expiring 1 Sep; so I really need any help I can get. Not sure if I should apply for another BOWP extension or what else.

I got PPR on last Thursday where as my ECAS status changed last week on 17th. So you should get your PPR by Thursday or Friday.

This is bullshit. They can tell you, they have told other people before. Call them again and firmly, but politely ask that the lazy bastard you're talking to reads the file he has open.

I know, they can access to the information. No idea, why don't they just share it. I will try again tomorrow.

So, I called the call center this morning and they confirmed that my application has been approved.

Still waiting for the PPR though...

after 18 Months, status is updated as "Decision Made" today(27 Aug). Not sure what does it mean?

It means they have reached a decision. Call CIC and ask them what is the status of your application. Dont tell them that you know its decision made.

You definitely need to renew your BOWP immediately. This is because even you receive PPR today, it's not possible for you to get back the passport or CoPR back on Sep 1st (according to the normal pace of CIC). It will be a problem for you to land without valid work permit or not under implied status.

You definitely need to renew your BOWP immediately. The status on my ECAS change to "Decision Made" on 27th August 2015.

Here is my timeline.

Medicals Done - 9th August 2015
RFRP and PCC sent - 24th August 2015
Decision Made - 27th August 2015
PPR - Waiting

I am very scared. Don't know what will happen. Do you guys think I should contact LVO ?
