fine, as i guess its because of the overseas vo that take time for youir passports to reach you,
in general any cases from pvo passport reaching muscat took so long time, i feel that;s the reason for your delay in getting the passport,
i would suggest if you could speak to Paris Canadian embassy(emergency)...
i wish you get it asap.....

i got DM on 17th,according to my consultant it take 10-15 days to get the passport and landing papers
