Decision made to Passport return

Hello All
I have to travel in couple of weeks.
Passport received by LA office on June 21st.
My ecas status changed to Decision made on July 17th.

But my USPS tracking number is not active yet.

Could anyone please let me know when I can expect the passport?

I got PPR around 30 days after Medical reached Ottawa office.
