Hello guys
This is a question from a friend, hope you can help him.
They are a family of 3 persons .
2 of them only got the decision made status although they all had test and interview at the same time, the same room and the same officer and the applications were all together.
Why the other person didn't get the decision made, does that mean they will request extra papers from him?

Usually yes. Most probably finger print request !

If the third person is a minor: other people on the forum seem to be noticing the same. The parents get DM, but the child does not. This seems to be how this is done, administratively. I expect that one of the reasons is that at least one of the parents needs to gain Canadian citizenship before the child can gain theirs, so the citizenship ceremony needs to have happened for that case to be completed.

The other 2 of the family had fingerprints be4 test but he didn't receive a request with them.
