Decision made sponsorship application status - what does this mean?.

Hi all,

I was just sobbing my heart out to my husband that it's been too long of a wait but then i checked my application status. It says "decision made" in Sponsorship application but the "in process" status remains in PR application status.. what does this mean?.

this is usual. once you get SA. this status change occurs, this happend with all of us.

My SA was approved long time back, a year ago, in fact. But it remained "in process" all these time. Are they just getting around to updating my ECAS then or are they working on specific parts of my application, like background check and security check etc?. It used to be "in process for both SA and PR.

For a second there, i thought there's some kind of an spurt of activity but i guess not. I'll wait for the official letter from NDVO. i can't believe my happiness sustained only for few seconds..

Hey there hope your status is changed and you are in canada,
I am in the same boat. My status SA after one year changed to DM but the Pr is the same, i wanna ask how long does it take to get your pr?
