Decision Made Question - What now - spousal sponsorship

Thank you for your reply, but could you tell me what does it mean in process if the decision is made? is it background check? and how long it takes? any idea?

As I already said, it mean you were approved as a sponsor. Now they will process the rest of the app.

You might mean the approval as a sponsor? I got this decision made few months ago, I am talking about PR Application has recently updated as a decision made, it means the decision of Accept or reject the PR application.
My wife got the pre-arrival service email, it means a good sign, and we are waiting the passport request which is up till today with no action.
Why others got the PPR after 10 days and 8 days and our application still nothing? any Idea please guys.

I had a chance to talk to cic agent regarding the DM in my sponsor application and she said it is approved and sent it thru mail but she didn’t say news about pr application because i am not listed as representative.
