Friends, almost 45 days after I sent them an email, fax, hard copy reconsideration letter, I got a medical request today. They have stated that they did send a request to me on Nov 9th, but not able to ascertain if I received it. Hence they are reopening the case and given me one final chance.
Since I did not hear from them for long, I almost made up my mind to forget about Canada and I need to travel urgently on a project to the US. Now I am in a dilemma as I cannot refuse the employer to travel to USA, at the same time, though I can complete the medicals for me and my family, it is difficult right now to submit the passports. It is also illegal to send the passport by courier or thru friends from US.
I am in a dilemma now if I submit my passports, there is no guarantee that I will receive it quick (as my H1B visa is also expiring on Sep 30 and I need to land in the US atleast 45-60 days before). Please advise
