Hi all, I am new here. Our application says decision made. My wife is already here. Does anyone know when we could expect the passports for her and her kids to get her from Manila?

We are hoping to be able to go and get the kids for christmas but we really have no idea what kind of timing to expect now that the decision is made.
Worried that the holiday season will slow the manila office down.
