Decision made for Greek applicant.

We got decision made on ecas, we had been contacted earlier by the Rome vo to pay the RPR fee,which we did on the 29th of July. What happens next? Will they request passports or are we considered visa exempt and will be sent our certificate of Permanent Residence in the mail? Any idea on a timeline? We want to book tickets for the end of September.
