You need to wait patiently. It has taken upto 6 weeks for people to receive PPR. You are still within this timeframe. If you don't hear anything in the next couple of weeks then you can always send case specific enquiry. I am sure you are okay. Trust me!

I am sure they know about that, and most likely you will have up until Dec 3rd to land. So just relax, and enjoy the DM until you get PPR, and then you let us all know.

I did not do re-medical, My medical is expiring on Jan 20, 2016

I applied Feb 2015
File transfer to London April 2015
Asked for Urdu Nikah nama on Oct 14, 2015 and London received it on oct 19
Decision made on Oct 31, 2015

DM is a very good sign, it is not necessary for medical received to be shown on ecas, the CIC officers aren't that reliable about updating ecas on time when sending or receiving documents. Focus on the DM, there wouldn't be a DM without them already receiving your medical results.
