I got decision made as the status of my application on https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=null a week or 2 ago. I submitted my PR application in April 2020 during the pandemic and it's been 12 months since. According to Canada's policies, the paper-based application time was increased to 21 months of wait from 15 months of wait. My friend who applied way before me still has his status as in process even the people who applied for express entry still have their status as in process.
I received decision made after my medical was submitted. Is it safe to assume that the application was rejected based on something in the medical? why would they make my decision so fast based on what I have mentioned above?
