Decision Made Before Passport Request

My application status has been changed to Decision Made a week ago after medical results received by Visa Office. Normally Decision Made appears in eCase after passport request but in my case it looks odd. Is it means negative decision?

It's normal. In fact, I don't think I've seen any cases that happened in the order you're describing. Mine and a lot of other's have changed to Decision Made prior to getting the PPR.

You don't have to worry about anything other than which type of champaign you're going to buy to celebrate. 8)
