Decision made and no ppr,does it mean a REFUSAL!!!!!pLEASE HELP!!!

Hi everyone,

Here's my timeline I just checked online.

1.We received your application for permanent residence on February 17, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on June 4, 2015.
3.We started processing your application on June 4, 2015.
4.We sent you medical instructions on July 3, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
5.Medical results have been received.
6.We sent you correspondence on October 15, 2015 about the decision on your application.


My immigration lawyer has not received anything after all! what should I do then?
Ppl say Decision Make with no PPR always means a refusal, is it true, anyone got the experience can share with me. I am anxiety right now.

Until you receive a certain kind of correspondence stating the true nature of the letter, you cant predict anything.

Thanks for the message, and I saw your timeline, did you Status change do DM before the PPR, and how did they request passport, by email or via mail. Thank you!

Well I am not sure. I use to check my status religiously till Nov since my medical was completed in July and then today I got the email from CIC and now when I see the status it states Decision made.

Inform your Immigration Layer to contact your visa Office...as you or him has not received any communication from them. And u got this info from ecas about the correspondence mail sent to you on Oct 15, 2015. Raise a CSE first.

It's not true at all that getting dm b4 ppr is refusal .....so many friends of mine got dm first n then got ppr n visa....I'm also one of them ....I got dm on 5th nov n then ppr 10th Dec. ...don't worry raise an cse or email....your ppr will b on its way
