Decision made and copr to ppr

Hey you'all

I am in a spouse sponsorship since Dec 14 2021,
I have re-done my medical exams the physician sent it on August 4th and on August 5th I passed the exams and on August 9th there is wan update on gckey and on August 10th I got my copr on tracker and DM on ecas...
So its has 5 days and I have no longer seen any kind of update and I was just wondering how long till I get Ppr after all this.. anyone in the same boat?
This is all so frustrating...
