decision made after recieved by visa office

Hello everyone. I checked my status today and it says
Decision made. How can it be possible as my last status was received by visa office.
Moreover no medical requested so far.

Can anyone also confirm when we need to submit application fee for 2nd time. So far I have only submitted my application fee to CIO.

I am facing same position just like you. My status also changed to Decision Made from RBVO.

Not Sad Not Happy. But Confused. Tensed

I have sent an inquiry email to Visa Office about this.
