Decision envelope is ready to pick up but the cic acc doesn't show any update. Should I be worried?

Update 1. Decision envelope has been dispatched from IRCC office to Canada Visa Application Centre
Update 2. Decision envelope has been at Canada Visa Application Centre
Update 3. Decision envelope is ready for collection at the Canada VAC

Applied for Student permit on Oct 1, 2019. Received these email today (17th Oct).
Just linked my paper based application to Gkey account and checked the status. It still says "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

I hate to admit, I am a little tensed. Does the CIC account update reliably or there's lapse in update? I would like to know how/when you you got your updates.

PS: I am gonna pick my passport tomorrow but I don't think I can sleep over this.

So I picked up my passport today. There's to Visa stamp. Cic is not yet updated. That's a no?

Hi I got the same messages from VFS but CIC not updated. Is your visa approved? Please respond

Nope. The worst part is I did not even get any refusal letter or email. Still waiting

Okay. There's no stamp in it. Also, no update in cic / email.

The 3rd comment blew me off, That's why I asked. If there was no stamp, then you were refused I believe. You should be getting your passport back with stamp if it was approved. Not sure what other miracle you are waiting.

I am waiting for the refusal notice lol. So I can request refund from the School or see if I can retry if it was caused by a missing document.
