But they only reply on a specific topic such as if your address has changed or if you want to withdraw your application. They dont reply if we ask about the application.

Even if you haven’t heard from us recently, we’re still processing your application. You don’t need to do anything else. If we need more information, we’ll contact you.

If your request isn’t a priority enquiry

• we’ll add attachments you send us to your file, as needed
• we won’t reply to your request or send a confirmation that we’ve completed it
• it may take longer than usual to complete

Priority enquires include the following situations:

• You’re in a crisis situation (like those affected by the situation in Afghanistan)
• You’re facing vulnerable circumstances (emergency and urgent requests)
• You need to tell us about a change in your circumstances, which has a direct impact on your application (like marriage, birth of a child, or similar)

@Naturgrl have a question. I applied on 10 sep from UAE. My company residence visa ( UAE work permit) expired just after 2 days means 12 September. Its common when work visas are expired and then company renew the visas and work contract if they want. Now my company renewing my visa. Question is should I send new visa through webform? If yes then can I add property documents with some comments to proof home ties in Pakistan which i forgot to mentioned. I only stated ties in Dubai. What I believe ircc will accept a page of new uae work visa and if I combine all above said they will still add in my application. Ur advise pls
