Deciding on inland vs Outland

We were foreseeing moving to Canada in 2-3 years, but I was offered a very good position in Quebec that would start in a few months (3-4 at most). My American husband could work for his USA company remotely, so he does not need a work permit in the immediate future. However his job would require him to travel to the USA 2-3 times a year
Which would be best? Inland or Outland? We have a 10 months old, so we do not want to live separate for any length of time.

Outland. Not at all a good idea to be travelling in and out if Canada during inland. Anyway, outland generally quicker. But means he cant work in Canada though.
