If you get married after you submit your e-APR, then the points will not be recalculated. You can just add your spouse to your application by raising a CSE - You would have to get medical test and PCC done for her. Also, you should show sufficient funds for 2 people. In a nutshell, you need her meds, PCC and additional funds to add her to the application.
The portion that has been struck off above is the purest form of garbage I have seen in a while.

Pls forgive my total ignorance of terms like e APR.Does submitting e APR mean submitting application after ITA .
Also my CRS before nomination was 419.After adding spouse it will go down to 409. Will my revised scored become 409+600=1009.Will I be safe & still hold the ITA ?
Also are you saying that she need not go through 2 months long process of IELTS and WES in any case (Before e APR or after e APR ).
Last question how much delay this addition of spouse brings with it ?
Once again pls forgive my ignorance of terms like e APR.
Really appreciate your support .
