Just bumping this - anybody have any idea???

send them email after every 2-3 days (on alternate email ids)...prefix URGENT (in caps) in the subject. Fax them, call them. Repeat.

My observation is that they do the nomination transfer in 1-3 days

Neel0526 congrats. good luck for PR. updated the list

Better spend a week and get the fresh documents of POF. you can start the process now. It is advisable you have latest bank statements of the month when you get ITA. Normally 20 to 25 days old statements are okay but as the month has changed and you might submit it in the end of November, I would suggest you get fresh statements.

Thanks bestofluck. I am thinking to prepare following documents starting from today:

1. PCC: will book an appointment at PSK shortly
2. Medical: will book an appointment asap (for non-EDE family for immigration I guess)
3. Fresh POF documents

Rest, I have all the documents ready with me.

Is that fine or anything else I am missing here?

Hi,

i got a mail that my file has been referred to a Senior Processing officer for decision. Reading the above comments, i guess the profile is in decision phase. How much time it normally takes to get nomination , after entering in decision phase.

Thanks

Its normally take couple of days, depending on case to case. For me I got email on 3rd Nov and nominated on 7th. There are instances, people got nomination on same day, day after etc...

No worries, you will get nomination soon.

@bestofluck

have you ever got an email that file has been referred to a Senior Processing officer for decision after you submitted your additional docs ??

Hi All

I neither receieved mail regarding application sent to senior officer, neither additional doc request except ECA request. However, when i called them twice i was told its pending for decision. I am worried now, i received AOR in June 2016 and i have seen many have already got nomination

Thanks

Guys please help me. Do we need to maintain minimum settlement fund. because I didn't maintain any because I have ongoing job and I have only 2000 CDN savings. I am really scared. Are they refusing CEC inland applications because of settlement fund. But on OINP website mention that if applicant have arranged employment. don't need settlement fund.

Any of us with cec inland application received nomination without settlement fund.

" HopeForTheBest26 " did you received your nomination ??

According to the IRCC as a CEC inland already with working permit you do not need to provide settlement funds, however for OINP i am not sure..u can always send a LOE and attach the IRCC rules for POF to make your case clear..u can as well attach a copy of your salary slips or bank statement with your salary transfers to strengthen the fact that u will not be a burden on the province and your salaries are more than enough for settlement..good luck pal dont worry
