OINP must reconsider their decision. They must be given an opportunity to resubmit their applications within 30 days. Hope some one hears.

Even if they give chance they would be able to send application back in August or Sep. In any case after November they will again get PT NOI in new quota and may be they are lucky ones to submit online applications next time. Things happen for good always.

waiting 4 months to receive AOR from OINP.
waiting 4 months now after AOR and still no Nomination from OINP.

you are talking to people who are in worse conditions than yours ! lol we got AOR after 7 months ! nomination is a big dream

My application was received by ONIP on march 15.I have not sent WES copy to ONIP till now.

1 Is there a chance of my application getting rejected now because of this

2 Can I send it now.Is there a special process i need to follow to send the same(Like will ONIP identify my application number).

3 Is Yes I am hearing about canada post strike.will it a prob.

It was mandatory for you to send the ECA directly. But another applicant with similar situation has got a reply to his mail that his application is accepted and reviewed. He has not got the AOR . So you have the hopes.

you must send a direct copy immediately and inform them by mail with an attachment of order copy.

I think you will get a fair idea once you read the experience of the guy below. Just add a few extra months for OINP (and by few I mean 6)

First step is the nomination which honestly would take "hopefully and optimistically" another couple of months.

After that you can expect to be selected in the draw and receive the ITA. The average joe takes about 30 - 40 days to submit the e-APR and subsequently receives the AoR.

After that you can get it in 6 months (average and realistic timeline).

You will hear a lot of miracle stories where people get the PPR within a month as well. But best to keep in mind a 6 months processing timeline.

Heck, you may be one of those lucky chaps and get your nomination and PPR within July as well.

I agree with you totally. There are so many people in a much worse conditions than I am, take those who are waiting for PT after 9th of May pause, or received their applications back due to passport pages missing with no chance to resubmit.

I'm trying to compare my situation to those a bit similar to mine.
If we take Jan applicants. Yes, they have been waiting for 6 months for their AOR. But they can see and follow the trend that AORs are being issued to their month at the moment. I did so when November applicants were receiving their AORs. It's so encouraging! They see that OINP is working with their applications. They can predict that in couple of days they will receive their AOR.

Let's take Nov applicants now. When can we see our nominations? Dec applicants also. Well, Dec applicants can sit and wait, because common sense says, that their AORs will be after November applicants. And what about November? They are actually the first in the queue for nominations. When will we receive our nominations? After Dec AORs? No. After Jan AORs? Don't know. After Feb AORs? Simultaneously with their AORs? The main frustration in this wait - is absence of information, no update from OINP in the manner "Guys, don't worry. The process is slightly slower than we planned, but Nov applicants can count on their nominations in September-October. December applicants - in November. etc" In this case I would relax and take it easy. But I live everyday with the faith in miracle - what if they start nominating Nov applicants today? The day is over. No sign of nominations. The next day arouses new expectations.

I wrote all this just not to keep it inside. Write it down and forget about my disappointment with this process.

They have to issue 2700 nominations this year and lets assume they have already given 200 of them.
I doubt they will send more than 500 nominations a month as with other provinces' nominations there would be too many people with scores over 1000.

So, the more realistic scenario is that they will be issuing 500 nominations a month starting from Aug.
