Any idea about this

@Michelle, mine is (T-SA). Looks like they are temporary hires (contractors), that are assisting OINP staff in clearing the backlog.

I and one of my friend have the same officer assigned ( T - TA).

I have sent new DD. no confirmation yet, neither have I received my old DD

I have applied for OINP and received AOR. I have submitted all required documents except my Experience Reference Letter. As my company refused to provide any such information on letterhead. So, I have sent bona-fide letter ( on company letterhead) as proof of my employment, reference letter from my manager stating my roles and responsibilities, compensation letter giving details of my annual salary. I have also attached LOE for the same.

Will all this suffice?

I am not sure if I will be able to produce Experience Letter on Company Letterhead if asked by OINP as my company is persistent about not disclosing any such information.

What could be done in this case? Anyone else here faced similar issue?

as long as the noc code, number of hours, start date, your designation and the responsibilities are clearly defined and they align with the noc code, manager's name, address and phone number, you should be ok. you can send them a letter explaining that your company is not helpful in this matter so submitting the letter of experience on a plain paper with the manager's details

Same with me, new DD reached today but there is jo updates.

Someone in this thread got their DD returned and also got receipt of new DD payment, can u please check at which page it was, @bestofluck can u help which page that post was?

My case: On Company letter head I got ; This is to certify that xxxxxx is employed with us as "yyyyyy" from xx/xx/xx till date

I requested my manager to issue a reference letter as required by CIC and he issued after consulting HR on plain paper.

I got it notarized and along with the Business Card of my manager I submitted together with my application with salary slips,
employment agreements etc .

Hope it will accepted as I had no other choice as the company refuse to mention salary other role responsibilities close to NOC :'( :-X :-[

AOR: 07/06/2016
Officer Called + Additional Docs Emailed: 14/06/2016
Email from CIC that my application has been referred to a senior processing officer: 21/06/2016

He asked for T4 slip. Because I submitted my app in december 2015, I didn't have my 2015 T4 slip included in the package. I've received it only in April 2016 and sent that off to him.
