If it's a worthwhile wait is definitely subjective.
But keep in mind as well that not so long ago, provinces also took 1-3 years to nominate, QSW took at least 2 years, and PR took many years to process....
But of course, it's your prerogative if you choose to explore other alternatives instead.

But than they never promised 90 days ever before !! that's the difference.People knew since beginning it is going to take years. Express Entry's track record is been good so far as 6 months after ITA is concerned. Also OINP has maintained 90 days promise ( After AOR)so far. Hope this retains your confidence.

And it is nothing subjective or objective. it is an process. Anyone who gets faster choice would opt for the same. Till than we dont have a choice weather they ask for new DD or make us wait for long, we have to do what they say.

Guys, Nova Scotia (PNP), started processing Nov, Dec applicants now. One of my friend got mail from Nova Scotia too. Since I got PT notification from OINP, I didn't applied to Nova. I deeply regret now..

Just curious.... what happens if aor is not received and EE profile expires. It does not seems very unlikely.

1. You will create new EE profile.
2. Wait for your AOR.
3. After AOR you will notify OINP to link your application with new EE profile, with letter of explanation that your profile got expired.

OINP is not maintaining the promise of 90 days even after AOR now. If we check the nov applicants list in forum, there are applicants who got AOR in Feb first week and still they r waiting for nomination even after the doc request in march. I am not talking about current trend. They have observed the delay for Oct NOv applicants in giving nominations thats why they are delaying AOR for December app. so that they dont delay nominations once AOR is given.

I am Jan 11th cec inland applicant, I haven't received my aor though.
I have a small query, I recrntly accepted an offer under different employer, which will starts from next week. Do I need to update the oopnp office right away or need to wait until I get my aor?

Friend of mine who applied on January 18th got his AOR today. He is CEC Inland applicant whose work permit expired on May 26th.

that won't work.

they check the EE profile against which they issue the AoR, if they found EE profile doesn't exist (expired) they won't issue AoR.

if your EE expires post AoR however you can ask them to link your application to a new profile.

Hi,

you will get an email for AOR with two attachments (acknowledgement and receipt of $1500). Your ee profile will get updated after you get nomination. You will receive mail for Nomination as well!
