I guess, these are the yearly quotas. Fill it or miss it. No clue how that processing works?

BTW, I called OINP yesterday for more information on my case and they said we are not allowed to say that on call. Plus they haven't replied to my email!

Yeah they did. When I tried to confront them, they said try emailing us. We can only reply by e-mail!

Guys, just now got a call from OINP officer. He asked me few basic questions and received an email saying that my file has been moved from assessment to decision phase.

Can you please provide more details about yourself? i mean when the application was sent / received, NOC, inland / outland, cec or fsw? (if inland, when is your work permit is expiring?)

CEC outland? A possibly stupid question: how could you be qualified for CEC while you are out of Canada?

CEC - Canadian experience Class, means one should have canadian experience despite they are in Canada or not.

He must have worked with canadian company before going back to his country or other country.
