dude, I'll suggest you not to panic. their case may be related to something else than the expiry date.maybe incorrect amount or addressee name.
@alpi007, request you to please update here what the exact reason was.
Do not loose hope, you still have a chance.

Hi People,

Initial Application Reached to OINP : July 16 2015
OINP Returned my Application due to incomplete form (missing spouse signature) : 25th September 2015
The package went missing in between, after investigation found out that my package already had a round trip to (CAN-IND-CAN), asked them to resend it again.
OINP Sent it again : 21st November 2015,
Application sent back to OINP (recieved) : 14th December 2015,
Total No.of Days from Intial Application : 8 Days short of 10 months

Adding to this .. The new DD which i sent the second time expired on 9th March 2015. Any suggestions on this DD issue?

this waiting game is testing my patience.

Best option I can suggest you to apply Tourist Visa for her, for now. Later on, apply for Family dependent Visa.

Hello,
I am FSW and I have received an incomplete nominee application from Ontario with my original application package enclosed. and I have 30 days to submit my new application.

Only one item in the whole application package is incorrect, just the payment of the processing fee, the Canadian bank details were not specified on my cheque, that was the problem. Now I have to get a new cheque. All the remaining forms and documents are OK.

So my question is, do I have to fill out a new form and update all the documentation enclosed or do I just have to attach a new bank draft to the existing application? do I update the application form or not?? and other documents such as bank statement, passport photocopies (I have one new visa) and work reference letter (just the date on top)??

P.S. I signed the application form on 11 December 2015 and the incomplete package returned on 2 May 2016.

I would suggest you to update all the information which has been changed since your last application. Include latest passport copies, proof of funds, latest work reference letter (only current employer).

I think the application form clearly states any changes are to be updated. If I were you, I would have filled new application form, attached new bank statement and attached documents where there is change. For documents involving no change I would attach them as it is.

Hi @sam_1011, My application is also returned as per the reply email i got. It's already been 7 days, they have returned application, but i have not yet received it.
Could you please let me know, how did you get hold of your application package status?
Did you get any tracking ID from them?
Which courier company has delivered it?
How many days it took for the application to reach you(after OINP resent your application)

I am really scared looking at your OINP application history and likely that could happen to me too :-X
