Earlier there were no updates even after 4 to 7 months of phone call/do req. Recently who have received request/call have got nomination in next 1 to 20 days.

I don't think today or tomorrow will see much action... maybe after Oct 5th.

Maged: Why do you think so? Today is Mon, OINP must continue with the NoMs' irrespective of when the next draw happens. :'( :'( :'(

I have a question ... My EE profile will expire on October 10,2016 . Should I recreate a new EE profile now and update ONIP or wait until October 9 to renew my profile?

If you are not expecting nomination anytime now then no point of waiting till 10th Oct.

Oh ok wasn't certain as I see the next draw is soon approaching. Is this information posted anywhere on ONIP's website about not renewing the EE profile until it expires?

I am a CEC applicant and in Jan 207 i am completing 5yrs.
I have already applied in EE and send all the docs to ONIP in Dec , waiting for Nomination.

OINP specifically instructed not to create a new one until the current expires

Could you please provide reference? As per my knowledge it can be created any time. Only thing is you can't have two active profile at same time. So if current profile is not expired, it needs to be withdrawn before creating new one.

Are you sure? I'm getting a bit worried because it's almost been 21 days since I received the phone interview and sent additional documents.
In theory if I receive nomination say tomorrow and then ITA from EE a week later, that would only give me 14 days to collect all of my documents and submit before my EE profile expires - instead of the 60 days I would be getting if I create a brand new EE profile.

Does anyone know if the OINP nomination would still be valid to attach to a new EE profile in this case?
So for example - I receive a OINP nomination on 4th Oct and then create a new EE profile on the 5th Oct and then contact OINP with the details of my new EE details.

Does this makes sense? :'(
