Where do you want him to be; if not Toronto...may be Niagara , but if he is 2173, mostly it's going to be Toronto :-X

Well Montreal and Ottawa are great for 2173! Google Kanata North Tech park. I work there and there are tons of opportunity. Not to forget the opportunities in Federal as well.

I just gave OINP Office a call and was lucky to talk to a nice agent.
She explained that they have been taking their time in reviewing the applications and they still have lots of backlogs.
Told her about the news and updates that some applications in Jan received Nomination and her reply was, they prioritizing the application from people that status expires in very soon that we,ll definitely see some cases like that but every other application is on first come first serve basis. Its well arranged. Asked her about when the Jan applications should expect nomination. The answer was - In couple of months. Cry

All advice, If you have been the kind of person checking and refreshing this forum/page just to see if there is any update just go relax.....lol
i have seen some people on here that they have not even been nominated talkless of ITA and they already have more than a thousand posts to their name/Champion Member... Tongue just wondering. Got something else to do? Cry

@dhasha1, Its a thin line between 10th December and 20th December....IF they dont speed up everyone after 20th December will have DD expired.

Anyway that was just a joke....lets hope they speed up next week.

Do they need Graphic Designer, Animator and Film maker ? I think my NOC is least wanted. No province select me

I am waiting for my Provisional Degree certificate to get my ECA revised, my scores shall be 471 than...but for now everything is at stand still.

QAs and software Devs are in much demand. QA with Automation knowledge will be much valuable. But for animation and film maker, you need to be in either Toronto or in Vancouver. (I guess)

@MZASAM..... if I remember correctly, you have P.hd along with 5+ years of work-ex.....that means TONS of CRS points. Just curious, why you went for OINP at all ?. If you can just manage CLB-9 in IELTS, I think your score would be 470+ easily ... that means direct ITA ..
