Im a student on study permit here in canada. But i will like to know
if i can send my PR application direct to Buffalo office or if I send to
CPC Vegreville office will it be transfer Baffalo

First, I have every paperwork filled-out after several weeks of
battling it. And as for paying the Fees of $550, the baffalo office
don't take online payment. What other method of payment is
acceptable.

Secondly, I have already sent both my Medical and FBI, Police
certifcate already in June during the process of my Study permit.
Basically,I will like to know if they will request me to submit another
Medical and FBI, Police certifcate.

1) If you're applying outland (as mentioned in your other thread), you send your entire application to CPC Mississauga, not Vegreville. Mississauga will transfer your application to Buffalo when sponsorship is approved--usually about a month after they first received it.

2) Choose the Mississauga visa office to pay your fees online, since your entire application goes there first. Mississauga will be responsible for processing your fees and will notify Buffalo that you paid them when they transfer your file.

3) See my reply in your other thread about the police certificate and medical.
