Has anyone received AOR or application id/UCI , I need to apply for spousal Visa urgently, but not yet received any application id, to apply based on that for Spousal visa?
Not me but I know of other people who applied December 1st through the 4th that have gotten AOR over the past few days. I'm on the 9th, hopefully we will get AOR either this week or next.

I need to apply for spousal Visa urgently
What do you mean by "spousal visa"? TRV?

As I can see from the tracker, it's about time for early December, the average time to AOR now is ~55 days. I expect AOR in a day or two (applied Dec 4), so with the current trend you will likely get yours somewhere next week

Hello Guys, submitted on Dec 10, my applications was returned, need help from people who got AOR-
1. If birth certificate is not there, we can upload the 10th marksheet or passport with the letter of explanation, in the birth certificate link?Anyone having the same issue of lost or no birth certificate?
2.What all should be provided as proof of education for spouse, if she is an MBA, what have you guys provided for your application?

I honestly think in your situation you should consider getting at least a consult with an immigration lawyer if you can, to see if they have any advice since the birth certificate is an important document for identification. They may have had experience with cases like this before and can tell you what worked. Otherwise you might have more luck searching this forum to see if others in the past have had this issue and if they were able to get AOR with an alternative to the birth certificate. The proof of education I'm not sure about, that wasn't required for us.
