This is a second application, first one was refused as we applied under conjugal partnership class, but IRCC responded that there was no barriers for us to get legally married. They were absolutely right though, as we managed to get married shortly after despite the distance. Re-applying as a married couple now.

when you say living in canada - is this living on a Visitor visa? or do they have other status?

Has anyone received AOR or application id/UCI , I need to apply for spousal Visa urgently, but not yet received any application id, to apply based on that for Spousal visa?
