I claimed work permit days (no extension). LPP received in about 3 weeks after the test results. I attached the work permit, work visa, passport stamp and LMIA documents in the application.
But work permits without extension is the most clean one, if one had student visa, then applied for PGWP and became out of status in between etc. it may trigger extra reviews, the same goes for tourist visa. But every case is different of course.
