did you try to reset the password in NEW device?Facing a similar issue. Were you using same device or a new device ? So just a password reset solved this?
We had created the application outside Canada and now back to Canada. SO using a new device in Canada - trying to login and keep getting the cannot login error. Also repeatedly getting blocked sign in emails. Even after clicking in the it is me link in that email, we cannot login.
Anyone faced this issue ? How did you solve this - pls help.
