I submitted my application on Dec 5. Today when I randomly just tried to login, system says

"The email or password you entered is invalid or your account was deleted. Try again or reset your password."

Is this normal?

During my five-year eligibility period, I held two passports. My earlier passport was issued in June 2014 and expired in June 2024. I was issued a new passport on December 1, 2020, which is valid until November 2030. Could you please confirm whether I should declare both passports or only the currently valid passport? Do I have to submit an LOE for getting the passport renewed before the expiry date?
I dont think you need a LOE for having two passports. I have added both of my passports.

are you using the same device when you first login ? if its not same device and using a new device then it throws that error and you might have an email saying something like "we blocked suspicious login"

Ah yes! I am on vacation outside Canada, so system may have treated it as a suspicios login. I just had to reset my password and now it lets me login. Thanks.

Is there a WhatsApp group for the December applicants?

Hi everyone, which fees did you pay when you applied? Only Adult (18 and over) Processing fee ($530) and right of citizenship fee ($119.75)? Did you pay for Citizenship certificate (proof of citizenship) or Search for your record of citizenship or anything else?

Also, there was a link with a table where people left their timelines and you can compare yourself to others, does anyone have this link? I don't remember how to find it now, or maybe it was only for PR, I don't remember

You just have to pay the processing fee and citizenship fee only.
