as per our case, LPP is may 1 - May 3 received email for registration of Ecertificate, May 6 - email of in person Oath, Niagara Falls office.it will still be a month or 1.5 months.....

FP given 19th February
BG completed 20th March
Been waiting for LPP since. Any December applicants in the same boat?
Been outside the country since mid Jan, havn’t changed address through webform yet because it is not permanent, will be back in a week now. Did however ask IRCC if i could take my test from outside Canada and they gave me instructions on how to.
I also gave FP from outside Canada.
Any suggestions? Anyone thinks my application is on hold because i am outside Canada? Should i send a webform with boarding pass once i am back in to speed up my process?

My application still says "Submitted and this is not an AOR", submitted the application on Dec 12, 2024. I took my test on March 2, 2025 and completed. Got the email confirmation with test score.
Today I got Canadian phone number so that I can connect to IRCC. After long wait, I could finally talk to someone.
The agent informed me that my application was "Background Check - In Progress" stage and this was well within 10 months processing timeline.
I was encourage to report issue for my application tracker which is still in the same state "Submitted" for 5 months now. I reported technical issue with screenshot.
Let's see what they have to say.

Are you still looking at the application page where you submitted the app? I don't think that ever updates. You need to create an account and follow here:
