“Hello, I have been waiting for my LPP for 6 months now. I completed the test in March, but there has been no progress since then. I submitted a webform to my processing office in Vancouver a month ago. I hope all of us waiting will receive our oaths soon.”

This does suck, but don't lose hope. It could be any day now

Just called IRCC about my application. I knew it was futile and I’d likely be told to be patient and wait, but I was hoping for a surprise or some encouraging info at the least. Agent was very nice and polite. I asked why I haven’t seen any movement since my test completed 6 months ago and he told me that they don’t require anything from me and LPP hasn’t even been started yet…… incredible. I’m so over this process.

they are correct.. i was told same thing. one other person ordered gcms and said the same thing. i have been waiting sincr march 23 after test completed

Did they even attempt to throw any light on why LPP hasn't started for us and when it might possibly get started? or is it just throwing up their hands saying your-guess-is-as-good-as-mine?

Nope. They’ll contact you if they need anything. Keep waiting. You’re within the average time. Blah blah.

Hi Everyone, Just need to confirm something. I am waiting for oath and havent received any update, not even ghost update. But today i received instruction to download my e-certificate. Is this normal?

Also, i am travelling on 3rd Sept and i may have to delay my oath (If its in last week of aug or the whole sept). has anyone done this, and how long do you have to wait after delaying the oath?

So i finally got my Oath date, 30th Aug. But i am travelling on 3rd Sept and i feel this is very short time for me to get a canadian passport. anyone has delayed their oath. How long do they take to reschedule it?
