Many of us are in a similar position. I applied online for myself from Vancover. My LPP too is “in progress.” The last update I got was when my test was marked as “completed” on 22nd March.

I raised a web form last week but haven't received a response yet. I think the speed of processing can be a bit unpredictable and we just need to wait it out

Bro We are same on everything i’m Vancouver applicant too and i Raised a Webform Last Week too and i didn’t get any response from them and we will see how things go

Did you receive the Oath email? My LPP was also marked green on July 4. Tracker has June 30. But Still have not received the oath email.

I sent an email to IRCC.DNCitKITScheduling-ConvocationKITCitRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca yesterday, received an automated response right after. No response to my enquiry yet. I hope they respond to yours, please share if/when they do.
I don’t know why Kitchener is taking too long to schedule Oath.
