Hi everyone, I got test request on 24th March, but I am currently outside of Canada. I have send them an email requesting stating the same but haven’t heard back from them yet. What should I do?

The months seeing the most LPP activity right now are September and October, which is understandable. I think our big LPP wave is going to be in May.

But ZaraSamina, I emailed them with all my details (name, uci, application number, test start date & end date) with the subject of the email as "Outside Canada" as they had mentioned in the test invite email. I got a response (by email) the next morning saying I could take the test from outside Canada. What I was considering as alternatives if they don't get back are a) to try to figure out a way to call the client support center (there are numbers for within-canada. Someone suggested downloading an app and calling them to check..b) to travel to Canada for a day and take the test. I think if you don't hear back within a couple of days, you could resend the email and also try calling them. Do it soon so you can plan your alternatives within the 21 day time period.

If you are outside Canada, the way they suggest reaching the client support center is by using the webform. But, I do not believe you'd get an acknowledgment or a response soon (In my experience, when I submitted a webform to inform them of an address change, they took weeeeeeks to acknowledge it...so I wouldnt suggest that as the primary way to reach them)

Congrat! May I ask that why there is a fix day for test (Apr 3)? I assume it will be a test window which you can pick a day within it? thanks!
