Submission Date: December 14, 2021 (Online)
AOR: March 10, 2022
Biometrics: (Exempted, had one already from a failed TRV application)
SA: March 31, 2022 (Moved to Accra VO same day)
Medical Request: May 16, 2022
Medicals Completed: May 24, 2022
Medicals Passed: May 26, 2022
ADR: September 1, 2022
ADR Acknowledged: September 2, 2022
Review of ADR Started: September 2, 2022
Pre-Arrival Letter: October 14, 2022
PPR: October 14, 2022

PA Country -- Nigeria.

We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

My last update was on May 12 on Pr Tracker and August 26 on GCkey. I didn't receive anything after that.
Is that normal what do you think?

It means it will take less time than without receiving pre-arrival services, but nothing specific about how long - it can be months, it can be faster.

Hi Everyone! I have another quick question. So my wife got her PPR email yesterday and in the email they have attached a Appendix A - Updated Information Chart. Does she only need to fill out the information for herself only or does she need to include my information as well? I am the sponsor and she is the principal applicant.

Generally would only apply to applicant and any dependents included, i.e. those submitting passports. The sponsor is not an applicant or dependent.

Most of them died in COVID I guess.

I applied for my PR application for myself and my kids inland and my husband outside canada in April 2021. We receved our COPR in August 2022 and the PR card in september 2022. Now im waiting for the visa office in Rome to send the medicals for my husband. Any idea when to expect them to work on his case? Since its been 19 months. Thank you.

I do not understand but this is obviously not a family sponsorship case, you'd be better to post in the forum related to your type of case.

Im from Colombia and I live in Toronto, we started our app on Nov 2021 and so far we had multiple updates, we also see every other day the ghost updates. I went to Colombia in May and my wife got pregnant, has anyone been through something similar while sponsoring?

1. We received [Wife]'s application for permanent residence on Nov 19, 2021.
2. We started processing [Wife]'s application on Feb 23, 2021.
3. We sent [Wife] correspondence on . If [Wife] has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have [Wife] do so as soon as possible. Please wait until [Wife] receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
4. Mar 15, 2022 We sent you a message about your application
5. Apr 24, 2022 Complete your immigration medical exam
6. Apr 25, 2022 Medical exam activity status updated
7. May 16, 2022 We received the police certificate(s) you sent us.
8. Jul 1, 2022 We received the marriage certificate/licence you sent us
9. Jul 1, 2022 Eligibility activity status updated
10. Jul 4, 2022 Medical exam activity status updated - Medical exam status has been updated to Completed
11. Jul 4, 2022 We sent you a message about your application
    
    The last message was asking for a notarized copy of our marriage certificate which we will send this week. Anyone has any idea as to how long will our process take? what is strange to me is that they confirmed they have our marriage certificate but now they are asking for it. Hope this helps.
