Update: My test was completed on Feb 8.
Today, all other items are marked complete for me - except Oath.
However, for my wife, I see a note in the dashboard:

Am I the only one from Dec 2020 who haven't get an update since August 2021? I only have Background check completed, everything else in progress.

Iam on the same stage. Only background check completed last April . Test not started.

Do they send Paper Mail, as we didnt receive any email yet. Its been more than a week since this status showed on the portal.

If she received her test invitation by email, it means the correspondence is via email. It takes time to receive the email after the update.
