Can anyone tell me how to figure out which office processes our applications? We're in Nunavut, and I can't find any information on which office processes applications from here.

Hi everyone! my portal items all show completed now, except for the citizenship ceremony. I noticed this almost 2 weeks ago, and although I see a ceremony date on the portal for next week, I still haven’t received the email with details / time / URL.

does anyone know when one usually receives that? I’m wondering if I should contact them now, or wait only until 2-3 days before the date shown in the portal?

Finally the status is now marked as "Closed" Citizenship approved
I'm yet to receive the Citizenship certificates.

But my child's application continues to show In Progress (even after oath), that appeared on May 31.

Would it get updated eventually?

may be you want to write to the email that came for test invite. Its generally the same office that takes care of oath email... BTW did you check your spam folder?

well finally got Oath invite, after one year of waiting since test. I still have to deal with IRCC one last time ( hopefully ) to try to get the PGP for my parents....but atleast the PR / Citizenship long / dark tunnel wait cycles are over. They definitely need to be more accountable i feel....

all the best guys who are still waiting, i think slowly but things are moving for all Dec applicants. And someone who manages the excel please do the needed updates.

thanks again canadavisa forum and in general this and the PR group i was part of gave me motivation and energy to hang on during the wait times and stay positive.
