Usually 7-10 days before oath. So early next week, you may get oath email. Timings usually vary from morning till 2, based on what others shared.

Nobody knows. Status is meaningless. Until you will have "Decision Made" anything can happen many people here have a Background check completed and then it went back to "In progress". My background check was completed in March 2020, then I got a test invitation in September 2021 and nothing happen since then. Right now they processing online applications from 2021 so nobody cares about our applications. I just saw on another forum that a family of 4 that applied in March 2021 and was processed by the London office already got their Oath. My family is still waiting so looks like not everyone has equal rights in Canada.

I had the same thing, my background check went back to in progress and then they asked for FP second time, now its back to completed but others things are still in progress.

Hi friends, I applied in Dec 2019 and
receive AOR on Feb 20th 2020 and since then my application is in-progress.
Recently On Oct18th 2021 received test invitation
completed test on Nov 3rd 2021.
Language skills, prohibitions & physical presence are in-progress.

Case processing center: Mississauga

Its two years completed. Many of my friends applied much later (10 months later to me) to me got passports and oath dates. No one responds to webform requests and calling IRCC number, they simply hung-up.
