1. IRCC has nothing to do with vaccinations. When you give your meds, the panel physician may ask for proof, or the vaccination proof will be required when you land in Canada.

2. YOu can apply for a WP, it has nothing to do with your PR. When you apply, IRCC will know that you have another TRV application in process.
Thanks for your responses @legalfalcon , @RSub

Hello @legalfalcon , I would like to ask a question: if a spouse/common-law is added to the PR application after the principal applicant got conclusively eligibility passed, then will the dependent and/or the principal applicant have to be checked for eligibility again? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Mine is RC-9515 as well, passed medical on 1st dec, waiting since then
Glad the agent passed remeds on time though. Probably cos it was requested and not upfront. I think it's 7 of us now on this thread with the same agent. Hope this person wakes up soon and processes our pprs !

@legalfalcon
Sir please kindly give me your advice on the following situation. I was recently requested to submit schedule A. Back in September 2019, i had an application cancelled because of a missing document, and I reapplied in December 2019.Do I have to inform IRCC about this cancellation in the new schedule A, given that technically the initial file was never assessed?
To be on the safe side, you should.

Eligibility if it is passed, it will not be redone. However, unless a decision is made, IRCC can revisit. Usually, your spouse's documents pertaining to criminality, security and medicals, along with the relationship will be assessed.
