Hello Guys, I am new to the group. I will be submitting my application this week. I had received ITA on 27 Nov. I have few questions, friends who have received AOR, please help-

[1] One of my previous employers gave me work exp. letter with all details except Salary mention as they have a strong policy not to disclose it. Would it be fine if I upload Payslips,Tax statement etc? Will there be issue not having salary mention on exp. letter ?

[2] Arranged employment - I have closed WP based on LMIA. I had a Canada job offer letter in May 2017 when LMIA was being processed and I was not in Canada that time. After moved to Canada, I received updated/new job offer (similar to the older one but with correct joining date). Shall I upload both old and new job offer? I do not want officer to get confused.

[3] Update to the current Offer letter received in May 2018 - My employer is updating offer letter to meet IRCC needs like job duties and mention of retention of 2 years after PR etc. What should be document creation date on offer letter? Should it be back-dated (may 2018) or recent (Dec 2019)?

[4] If you have US and India PCC -- US PCC is in blank and white not in color and on India PCC, only stamps are in blue. Hope IRCC accepts these.
1. Yes, you will also have to explain this in LOE.

2. You can, it doe snot matter. If you are claiming points for a job offer, your job offer has to mention that your job will be valid for at leats one year after your receive the PR.

3. It does not matter.

4. Yes, just make sure that the scan is proper and in color.

For #1: Current Offer letter says employment term for an Indefinite period. Will it work or should explicitly mention that "your job will be valid for at least one year after your receive the PR."

For #4. US PCC PDF downloaded from the secure link is in blank and white only. I can use the same PDF to upload. Did you mean scan the PCC letter that will be received via courier/mail ?

Ideally, it should state your job will be valid for at least one year after your receive the PR. This is required to meet

Reg. 82 (1) In this section, arranged employment means an offer of employment that is made by a single employer other than an embassy, high commission or consulate in Canada or an employer who is referred to in any of subparagraphs 200(3)(h)(i) to (iii), that is for continuous full-time work in Canada having a duration of at least one year after the date on which a permanent resident visa is issued, and that is in an occupation that is listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the NOC.

If you do not have this, then you will have to explain how you meet this.

2019-2021 Immigration Levels Plan

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/notices/supplementary-immigration-levels-2019.html

The 2019-2021 plan renews the three-year time frame and is designed to contribute to an immigration system that strengthens the Canadian middle class through economic growth, supports diversity and helps build vibrant, dynamic and inclusive communities, while maintaining border integrity to preserve the safety and security of Canadians.

The 2019-2021 plan includes a small number of adjustments to previously-announced targets in 2019 and 2020. These adjustments are identified below. The new plan also commits to increasing admissions to 350,000 in 2021, which will be equal to nearly 1% of Canada’s population.
