Hey Guys, I'm a silent participant been reading this forum for a year now, I want to share my timeline and see if anyone has a similar case?

My Timeline

• FSW-O / VO: Paris
• EE profile submitted: 3 May, 2019
• Ontario letter of interest: 22 May, 2019
• OINP received: 18 November, 2019
• ITA: 27 November, 2019
• Upfront Medical: 8 December, 2019
• Submitted Application - AOR: 11 December, 2019
• Biometrics Approved: January 13, 2020
• PPR: 20 October, 2020
• Change in Marital status submitted: 19 November, 2020
• Additional Papers requested for spouse: 16 December, 2020
• Additional Papers submitted for spouse: 23 December, 2020
• Spouse dependent added to PR application: 15 January, 2021
• Spouse biometrics already existed on file: November 19, 2019
• Spouse medical passed: 2 February, 2021

I read that usually adding spouse post PPR usually take 2 to 3 month and due to Covid its extended but its been 6 month with no updates at all since medical for spouse passed in Feb, do you think there is still hope to receive new PPR this year ?

My Timeline:

• Could not travel due to Covid as my ticket was 2 days prior to the lockdown in India
• Got married on June 23, 2020
• Raised Webform on June 24, 2020.
• CIC requested Spouse documents on July 06, 2020.
• Submitted all Documents on July 23, 2020.
• Biometrics for my spouse was not an issue as he already had them done for a different application.
• Called CIC some time late November 2020 and was told that spouse medicals have passed, eligibility has passed. background check in process.
• File is in NDVO.
• Raised a webform and was told that our application is still in progress.
• Nothing yet

Don't worry, hopefully soon there will be an update, at least in your case your part is done. For many of us even after 2 years eligibility is still in progress, so god knows how long it will take. But there is always hope. Keep us posted and be strong

I did shifted back to India then came back to USA so my address was changed to Indian address then to USA address back in Nov 2020. In my notes file was approved from end October and counterfoil was generated from that time but no PPR came.. I updated my passport as my passport got renewed and just from myself I also uploaded my vaccination card.. After that I received PPR not sure what triggered it...thank you all.. I hope best for everyone.

Everyones talking about different reasons regarding why Canada has stopped processing the FSW applications. I think it's crystal clear. The answer is the unemployment rates. I don't understand why people can't see this. The reason why FSW exists in the first place is to satisfy the need of workforce. At the moment their unemployment rates are crazy high. Until that goes down to previous numbers there is absolutely no reason why Canada should accept FSW applicants. It would only increase the unemployment. Before C19 it was at 2.9% and now it is at 7.5%. Looking at the charts, the trajectory seems to be mid 2022.

Hello everyone,
Which visa office sends out PPR requests ( primary vo / secondary vo).....its been a painful wait and canada is prioritizing everyone including tourist and feel we are left out without even a genuine communication...desperate wait continues...

Got admitted to both McMaster and Ottawa for 2nd master's degree. uOttawa has agreed to charge me a domestic tuition rate while McMaster only accepts doing so when I receive final approval from IRCC that must be explicitly written in an official letter. Such a frustration since I really like the program offered at McMaster very much.

Does anyone have any experience dealing with dual intent study permit here? Can you guy give me some advice on this!? Thank you so much in advance.

Could you please tell when did you upload your vaccination record and after that how long dod it take them to send ppr.
I also sent them vaccination record and got the confirmation on Monday this week.
