I put all the addresses in the same row and got DM today.Now that I found a blog where people are actively responding, let me confirm another question I have a little doubt on.
In question 11, if my wife was a homemaker for 2 years and we changed 3 addresses in that time - do we add all the addresses in the same row under location or do we add a separate row with all the details same and address different?
I used this format:
dates-> homemake->homemaker(employer)-> addresses(1., 2. and 3.)-> city -> Canada

I had a 28 day trip back home but that detail went into my physical presence calculator. It's difficult to know about staying with your friend because your lease would not cover those 3 weeks if you were asked to provide it. I know it's a nuisance but it may be better to include the stay with your friend. However, if I remember correctly, the application form only allows you to enter month/year in the address section, so you could get away with not including your stay with him. Maybe someone else with experience of this can advise better.
Thanks again Nagrish! That is exactly what I was thinking so I have now included that stay with the friend and removed the vacation back home.
I believe mailing address because when I got AOR on that my mailing address was mentioned and not home address.
