Hi all,
Got DM on Friday.. no PPR or any email.
Ecas has 5th line as we have started processing your application on 3rd April 2018.
My time lines : 11 Dec 2017 file received by Mississauga.
Could you please suggest if this is normal to not get emails or PPR but status change to DM.

Yes, some people get DM first and then PPR comes a few days later, completely normal.

Hi can you please tell me if you were processed in Mississauga? My application was transferred from Sydney to Mississauga on August 29 and I havent heard a word since, never received AOR 2
Thanks.. i sent passport from Albania to Rome Italy 7sept and nothing new.. only Additional doc in gckey change ..from "We need doc ...to "not applicable..in ECAS still in process..what do u think??

Hi, my VO is Kiev, Ukraine. My application was transferred there in April 20th and then it was complete silence till August 29th when we got pre arrival letter. Never received AOR2 either.
So I guess, not hearing from them for months is just a part of this waiting game. Maybe in this situation no news is good news so don’t be worried.

Do you have a tracking number for your passport? They gave me one at VAC at the time of passport submission. Maybe you could also email your VO and ask them if they could acknowledge you if they received your passport? Maybe it’s also taking longer because it’s delivery not within one country, but from another country...My ecas changed to “decision made” on the same day they issued visa in my passport.

I think your best guess would be to email the VO and ask if they received your passport and if everything is ok...But I’m pretty sure the delay happened because your passport has to travel a longer way to get from one country to another vs sending the passport within the same country. But I would email or call them just for a peace of mind.
Hello well we guess it went good.. the officer was pretty neutral my husband said the officer didn’t show any facial expressions. They asked him alot about me and how we met. They asked him were I live and what I do for
a living.. oddly enough they asked him for the names of my mangers lol. I don’t understand why that’s important.. They did target towards the wedding and kept on asking repetitve questions in order to trick my hubby. We brought in alot of proof pictures, chats, messages, calling , western union, flight tickets. The interview was about 2 hrs long.. the longest 2 hrs of my life waiting for a msg.. at the end he just told my husband we would get a response in 2 weeks. We hope its good news.
