On Friday Background check went "Inprogress", Today in ecase my status shows as "Decision Made". But no PPR mail till now.

Whether "Decision Made" means "Positive" result?

All those got MR in past days are March FT applicants . Last MR was 10 days back . Again processing of our files seems paused . Don't know what is going on in NDVO .
