DECEMBER 2014 - OUTLAND Applicants

Apparently they started working on Nov applications..
I'm a nov applicant.
About the august form, it looks like it should be fine august or later form. it just can't be the one before.
I'm not sure though but someone on november thread said so.

Guys I wouldn't be too concerned about the 81 days. They would have shut down from 24dec-05Jan like most departments- so it would put them two weeks behind.
We should start seeing ours role in next month. Good luck everyone!
My SO and I are going out to dinner tonight to celebrate our sixth anniversary. Should be good!

our application has received at mississauga on 29th Dec, simply disappointed to see 81 days for SA plus they are still working on oct applications, so just seek patience.

Honestly I am sure their plates are full too and they are also feeling quite overwhelmed. Who knows what else they are responsible to complete in addition to reviewing applications/issuing AORs/and approving sponsors.

I am sure it will pick up soon. Stay patient

Thats not good, so in my case , the CIC office got my stuff on 31st dec, that would be march 29th and delay by another 15 days since the holidays just went by.

so that is going to be April 20th probably. I am planning to apply visit visa with the application number that i get for her after that. not sure how that will work.

I have been feeling down about the time. It was great to read what you wrote, I think you`re right about the holiday time slowing it down. I applied on Thursday and they recieved my file Friday, Jan 16. I just wanted to check the December thread. Thanks for the pick me up and Happy Anniversary!

If i get the file number, i can say - family sponsorship is in process and get her her.

I did apply before and got rejected and there was many reasons.

now when i think back, i dont know why we took a chance in applying for visit visa. but that time, it made sense with the number of sources.

they think she is coming here to get settled, hence went for sponsorship. I could have manipulated this by booking air tickets to prove she is coming back to india, but her company would not grant her that many leaves.

if she quits the company, then that would be an issue with the PR process too.

the only differnece is that the number of days that we have to be stay alone with out each other, not a big deal :

You cant quit your job for PR process

the company would not give you permission to visit for a long period anyways

me and my husband we are dying seperated for almost a year. our anniversary coming soon 1st one. so sad.

then no, you can apply for visit visa.
show funds either yours ( i dont know how much is good enough ) or hers to prove she will be coming back to country

a friend of mine had his inlaws change all property names to the daughter
