Hello everyone!

So we just received an email today from the Vienna office now requesting we send in 2 recent photos of myself along with a copy of this letter they emailed. Part of the letter reads "Follow the instructions provided in the section How to Complete the Forms of the application guide and in Appendix A: Photo Specifications. The application guides may be found on the CIC website at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/index.asp".

I clicked on the link but I couldn't find the appendix a: photo specifications form. I Googled it and I think I found it, but I just wanted to make sure I had the right one. The photo specifications say

* measure between 25 mm and 30 mm (1” and 1 1/5”) from chin to crown
* have a 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8” x 1 3/4”) finished size

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Only d husbnd is being soonsor no kids...so only him right?

And what will be the file no? Uci or application number that says in the letter attached in the email.thank u so...

We will use the file number given and included in the most recent email from VO Manila.

ECAS changed to Decision Made - March 18, 2015

My partner is from Spain (visa-exempt) so he should have been processed in Paris but he has been in Canada on a tourist visa for the last 7 months so that could have been why everything went so quickly.

I am so excited for this - my partner is also from Spain, and we just got SA saying the application was staying in Mississauga. We'd be delighted if our process was this quick!!!

Medical results have been received.

This is all we can see online, I am app from USA, anyone have any clue a timeline? And where they will contact us next from? Email? Mail?

Here is a thread for applications going through Ottawa. There is a spreadsheet there where you can see how long other applications took and any trends.

If the mother and father are both sponsored to come they will need to fill out the form individually.

One form for the mother and another form for the father.

If you are the sponsor did u fill out one for you then one for your husband or for your husband only

I am spanish too. My VO should be Paris, but in my SA they said that will send my application to Ottawa. It should be something good, but in this moment Ottawa is going sooooooooo slow. I think Paris is faster...
Why didn't they send my application to Paris????? :'( :'( :'(

This is entirely from what I've seen and read elsewhere, but I heard that Ottawa cases are when they need a bit more care given to them. Who knows? It might not take any longer than Paris would have.
